Amplifier CUBIC RED NOTE . MELO . CUSTOM INSTRUMENTS DESCRIPTION Lightweight, small and affordable single channel high end point to point combo amplifier designed for the busy musician in mind. The CUBIC is our answer to the professional musicians request asking for a lightweight, affordable and versatile high quality amplifier. Sound is built around a single channel preamp with tone shaping controls and reverb coupled to a 25 watt power amp that loads a special 50 watt AlNico Weber 10" speaker A classic tube rectifier power supply feeds the circuit. Due to the high end components used and point to point wiring, the sound is extremely clean and transparent with warm lows, complex midrange tones, and detailed open highs. The amplifier sounds very good with ANY guitar and shines with archtops. While is only loaded with a small 10" speaker the CUBIC sound has astounding projection and dispersion. It really delivers a big sound in a small format. It works for home practice, in the studio as well as in small stages and clubs. Using your own external speaker or our module the 25 watt CUBIC will perform also in bigger stages. The amplifier weights only 12 Kg and is very small and portable. Cabinet is constructed with a solid wood resonant timber (choice of spruce or european flamed maple) and is a cube only 35 x 35 x 35 cm.
